User Data Deletion

HopKings lets members permanently delete their account and associated data. This page explains the supported ways to submit that request.

Option 1: Delete Inside the App

  1. Sign in to your HopKings account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete My Account.
  4. Confirm the permanent deletion request.

This permanently deletes your account, cars, listings, posts, and other associated account data.

Option 2: Email a Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@hopkings.club from the address associated with your HopKings account.

Include any details that help us identify your account, such as your display name and the email address tied to the account.

What Is Deleted

Account deletion removes your HopKings account and associated records tied to that account. Some limited information may remain in backups for up to 90 days, or longer if required by law.
