Fee Schedule
Effective date: March 16, 2026
This Fee Schedule describes the platform fees HopKings retains on transactions processed through the Service, as referenced in our Terms of Service and Promoter Agreement. Fees are deducted before payout and are in addition to any fees charged directly by Stripe for payment processing.
1. Event Ticketing
HopKings retains a platform fee on each ticket sold through an event listing, deducted from the ticket price before the remaining balance is paid out to the event's Promoter via Stripe Connect. The current platform fee rate is shown to Promoters in the dashboard before they publish paid ticketing for an event.
2. Marketplace Sales
Marketplace transactions are subject to the commission rate disclosed on the listing or checkout screen at the time of sale, in addition to standard Stripe processing fees.
3. Subscriptions & Vendor Plans
Vendor, sponsor, and membership subscription fees are billed at the rate shown at checkout when you subscribe. Subscription fees are separate from, and not reduced by, any per-transaction platform fee.
4. Refunds & Disputes
When a transaction is refunded, HopKings' platform fee for that transaction is also refunded; Stripe's processing fees may not be refundable depending on Stripe's own policies. Chargebacks and disputes may result in the disputed amount, including fees, being withheld from a Promoter's or vendor's payout pending resolution.
5. Changes to This Schedule
We may update this Fee Schedule from time to time. Rate changes apply to transactions occurring after the effective date of the change and will be reflected in the dashboard before you publish a new paid listing.
